Their merchandise is the LOWEST of the LOWEST grade from China. Their service is even worse. The owner, the manager, the staff and the installer have promised me a thousand times they will take care of all the issues but no one has done anything. Their motorized devices are so cheap and noisy that you'll feel like taking the whole blinds and throw them away. These people are just waiting for a year to pass by so the warranty expires. I made a big mistake by trusting this company.
Very bad experience with this company. After having hired them to do my complete house and after having recommended them for another 5 houses (they all ended up installing with them) I called them to install blinds in the patio of my house, the blinds only lasted less than 10 months, they They stained and they simply told me that there was no guarantee, that I had to buy them again. I called them several times including a certain Frank, and they simply decided not to answer me or return my calls. What a shame to lose a client who had given them almost $20,000 in sales for not wanting to replace blinds worth less than $1,000.I also want to emphasize that the previous blinds from Home Depot that cost me 1/3 of the price lasted more than 4 years.What a shame they don't value their customers.
Showed up on time to measure and then to install. Price was great, the blinds have been installed for 2 years and no defects in workmanship or the blinds themselves.
We just had our blinds installed and what an amazing and pleasant experience all around. After obtaining 4 different quotes this company offered the best pricing and quickest turn around. We put the deposit on a Friday and by the following Wednesday midday we were already enjoying the blinds. Sales guy as well as the installation team are just amazing. Thank You Floridian Blinds. Do NOT purchase from Floridian Blinds.I purchased zebra blinds for my whole house which were all electronic except for the one.Pros:- Turn around time was about 2-3 weeks which was pretty good.Cons:- Salesperson did not bring an example of the electronic blinds (which was completely unacceptable), but I ended up placing the order because of the urgent need for the blinds and the inexpensive price.- Less than 2 months after purchase, 3 of my blinds were not working. I had to constantly call and had to get completely upset for a technician to come and repair.- Less than 4 months after purchase, another 2 blinds stopped working and 2/3 which were repaired previously needed to get repaired again.- Response time for service is terrible.- Electronic blinds are slow. I compared the speed to the blinds a friend has, and the speed difference is quite significant.- Quality of the zebra blinds is cheap but considering the price, you get what you paid for.Overall if I could return these blinds, I would. I will also not refer anyone to this company.
